Join our dynamic Customer Success Team at Bluedrop ISM as we strive to transform healthcare education through innovative technology and immersive learning experiences.  As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in training and supporting our healthcare customers in adopting our SkillsPass Integrated Skills Management platform and our partner Lumeto’s InvolveXR Virtual Reality application.  The ideal candidate has experience in clinical, e-learning and/ or simulation education. ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibilities
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of our product offerings and champion their use for clinical training.
  • Support the research, development, and integration of clinical curriculum on our platform.
  • Provide clinical validation and oversight for product development and configuration.
  • Develop and refine product demonstration and training processes to clearly communicate our value proposition.
  • Act as an ambassador for e-learning and VR training solutions, leading virtual and in-person training sessions and representing the company at events/tradeshows.
  • Continuously update and improve product training materials to ensure effectiveness.
  • Assist with product deployment, including organizing resources, coordinating IT requirements, and managing device logistics.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development.
Essential Experience
  • Clinical experience in diverse healthcare environments.
  • Conversant with IT functions and experience in troubleshooting technology issues both remotely and in person.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently in public settings.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Legally authorized to live and work in Canada.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in e-learning and/or simulation education.
  • Previous experience in software product training or technical support.
  • Background in virtual reality or technology-based training.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and share insights openly.
  • Strong listening skills and a non-judgmental approach to communication.
