Accelerating Provincial OHS Credential Management

Customer Challenge– The Province of Ontario, through the Ministry of Labour, Training, and Skills Development (MLTSD) embarked on a digital transformation initiative that would enable industry stakeholders to more efficiently access, approve, track, and validate OHS training.

Bluedrop Solution– The SkillsPass platform offered the scalability and embedded functionality required to support the customer’s project goals. These included removing legacy processes, increasing visibility and oversight, and providing self-service access to training records.
Outcomes– To date, the Province-wide SkillsPass OHS marketplace supports over 250 external training partners, and securely maintains 2+ Million training records and counting. The solution was activated from paper to production in just seven months.
