A National Training Success Story
Customer Challenge– The challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic immediately impacted employers within every sector around the globe. At the Federal, State, and Provincial levels, leaders sought support and innovative training solutions that went beyond health ‘guidelines’ and helped all employers reopen and stay open.
Bluedrop Solution-Bluedrop leveraged its extensive eLearning and industry-training expertise to proactively develop the online and interactive COVID-19 Workplace Safety Course. The industry-first training offered national-scale and could be deployed for all employers via the SkillsPass ISM Platform.
Outcomes– The Province of Newfoundland and Labrador was the first to launch the training, followed soon after by Provincial and Industry agencies across the Country. The training has had unprecedented uptake, with tens of thousands of workers completing the valuable program. Research showed the power of the training, with pass rates going from 49% (pre-training) to 95% (post). Further, 90% of users indicated that the training was better than any other they received.
