Client Challenge– The Province of Newfoundland & Labrador sought various technology inputs to support an overall innovation strategy mandate, including the delivery of robust workforce development solutions to enable broad industry upskilling.

Outcomes– SkillsPass NL has enabled the ongoing advancement of upskilling, reskilling, and OHS training for the benefit of all members of the Provincial workforce. There are over 35 courses currently available on the platform, being utilized by hundreds of employers, and over 30,000 registered users to-date (representing approximately 1 in 10 Provincial workers).
